Learn why truffles are dubbed “bliss food” when fully experienced. This event features a lively reception and a panel discussion focused on Oregon winter white and black truffles. Featuring wines from 4 of the Dundee Hills most acclaimed wineries, accompanied by small truffle bites prepared by two Michelin-starred chef Matthew Lightner.
