Over the years, the Oregon Truffle Festival has introduced thousands of people to Oregon truffles. We have also taught hundreds of truffle lovers how to cook with Oregon truffles, developed some wonderful sweet and savory recipes, and have had the opportunity to work with many exceptionally talented chefs.
