Dave Arnold is the visionary behind MOFAD (Museum of Food and Drink); host of the radio show Cooking Issues; and owner of Booker and Dax, a culinary innovation lab and bar. Before that, Dave created and directed the Department of Culinary Technology at The French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center), a first of its kind in the county. He is widely considered to be a thought leader in the world of food and drink and has been featured in numerous publications including The New York Times, Food and Wine, Huffington Post, and Popular Science. Dave is the author of Liquid Intelligence: The Art & Science of the Perfect Cocktail which garnered a 2015 James Beard award for Best Beverage Book. He is also the inventor of the Searzall.
