Each winter, which is peak season for Oregon truffles, the Oregon Truffle Festival honours its fruitful soil with two weekends of celebrations in January & February, with visitors invited to seek out and sample the four distinct varieties of native Oregon truffles. The February event takes place in the Yamhill Valley, situated at the heart of Oregon wine country, and tickets for several enticing à la carte events are still available for 2020.
