Ingredients

  • 8 fl oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz black Oregon truffle, grated
  • 2 oz honey

Instructions

Grate the truffle into the heavy cream and allow to infuse overnight or a couple of days. Begin whisking the cream; when it begins to thicken, whisk in the honey. Complete the whisking to the desired peak stage.
