Truffle Dog Tales
Over the last sixteen years, the Oregon Truffle Festival has advocated for the use of truffle dogs as the surest way of ensuring that only the ripest truffles are harvested. Through training opportunities and an annual competition, we have helped create a growing community of truffle dog trainers and talented truffle dogs. Dogs are a popular attraction at the festival every year and we share some of our favorite truffle dog stories here.
