The Oregon Truffle Festival is excited to announce its 2024 programming! The Oregon Truffle Festival is the premier event of its kind in the country, and the foremost wintertime culinary event in the Pacific Northwest.
We look forward to seeing you during the height of Oregon truffle season at some of our beloved, long-held events like The Joriad North American Truffle Dog Competition, as well as some new events, like Entangled & Enchanted, our fungi and truffle immersion on the Oregon Coast with author Merlin Sheldrake. If you’re new to truffle cultivation or considering a truffle orchard for your property, this course is for you. Truffle Farming A - Z is an educational, two-day immersion will cover all aspects of truffle farming, from evaluation of soils and climates, orchard planning and management, to harvest, grading, and shipping.
