Join the next generation of North American truffle growers! The Oregon Truffle Festival and Drs. Charles Lefevre and Shannon Berch will host the annual Truffle Farming A-Z seminar at Oregon State University—where the story of both native and cultivated truffles in North America began, and where many of the world’s truffle experts received their training. The two-day seminar includes a lecture series covering all aspects of truffle cultivation, from site selection and orchard planning to the harvest and shipping of fresh truffles, orchard case studies from experienced growers, and a tour of three established truffle orchards.
