A two-day truffle dog training intensive where participants learn the fundamentals of scent training and practice with their dog, then take those skills into the forest on an authentic truffle hunt. Truffle breakfast and lunch are included both Friday and Saturday.

Live music and dancing in the historic Liberty Theatre will set the tone for a beautiful, timeless event. 

Movie night, Oregon Truffle Festival style! Join us for a fungi double feature on the big screen, served up with real Oregon truffle popcorn. Start the show with a fungi-based featurette from Merlin Sheldrake, then head out for an intermission filled with truffle bites. The afternoon finishes with the beautiful Italian love letter to our favorite subject:

Formerly known as the Fresh Truffle Marketplace, the Oregon Fresh Truffle Showcase is your gateway into the world of truffles. Enjoy an afternoon of truffle education, cooking demonstrations, tastings, and more! 

Designed for new and prospective truffle growers, this long weekend includes lectures, comprehensive case studies, and time in the field touring established orchards. The program includes catered truffled breakfasts and lunches each day, and a Saturday evening social hour at the beautiful home of our orchard tour host.

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT!
