Join us for a special Saturday night during our Enchanted & Entangled Weekend at Camp Westwind in the Cascade Head Biosphere Reserve. We have limited seats available for this dinner, which promises to be an interactive affair with our guest scientists, authors, and fungi experts joining us for the weekend.
An all-star cast of culinary talent is behind this multi-course truffle dinner, including Foraging Chef Robin Jackson, Chefs Jonathan and Alex Hoffman, and Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff. Sommelier Maxine Borcherding will pair the dinner with Oregon wines. There will be some mingling time before we sit down to dinner.
Don’t miss this incredible experience in a secluded, old growth forest on the magnificent Oregon coast—with scientists, authors and special guests as dining companions.
Shuttle service will be provided between the parking lot and Camp Westwind.
