The Oregon Truffle Festival is excited to announce its 2026 season of events! Throughout the month of February, join us to learn more about truffles and fall in love with Pacific Northwest fungi. We look forward to seeing you at some of our most popular annual events, including The Joriad™ North American Truffle Dog Championship, our Two-Day Truffle Dog Training, Wine Country Truffle Dinners, and Truffle Farming A-Z.

Exciting new events will be announced soon, so check back for more opportunities to celebrate Oregon truffles with us! This year’s new events include a truffle-themed Valentine’s dinner party in downtown Eugene, a two-day immersive truffle cooking class at a beautiful ranch outside Eugene, and a Fresh Truffle Marketplace in McMinnville, hosted in partnership with the James Beard Public Market.

  • 2026 Two-Day Truffle Dog Training – February 7-8

    A two-day truffle dog training intensive where participants learn the fundamentals of scent training and practice with their dog, then take those skills into the forest on an authentic truffle hunt. A catered Oregon truffle lunch is included both Saturday and Sunday, along with warm beverages and snacks.

  • Truffle Cooking Class and Foray Experiences

    We're thrilled to offer two options for an immersive truffle experience, guided by Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff, and hosted at Lilly of The Valley Ranch and LOVR Kitchen.

    Truffle Farming A - Z is a two-day course designed for new truffle growers. Lectures and case studies on Friday at Willamette Valley Vineyards precede a full day in the field on Saturday.

    Guests can sample and purchase Oregon wines, truffled chocolate, cheese, macarons, and more, while enjoying cooking demonstrations with tastes and recipes, a truffle infusion tutorial, and a truffle dog demonstration. The Fresh Truffle Marketplace exemplifies the growing culture around Oregon’s native truffles and provides an opportunity for locals and visitors alike to experience Oregon truffles
