Oregon native Christian DeBenedetti is the founder of Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery in Newberg, Oregon, set to start production in late 2015. His first book THE GREAT AMERICAN ALE TRAIL won the Society of American Travel Writers’ Lowell Thomas Award for Best Travel Guidebook in 2012 and will be re-released in an expanded & revised version in May, 2016. His new book BEER BITES, a cookbook and pairing guide co-authored with recipe expert Andrea Slonecker, and with a foreword by New York Times chief wine critic Eric Asimov will be available at the Eugene Fresh Truffle Marketplace.
