Cooking with Oregon Truffles Featuring Chef Vitaly Paley

Our virtual festival kicks off this year’s truffle season with a cooking class taught by James Beard Award-winning chef Vitaly Paley. Paley has been a longtime champion of Oregon truffles and has been sharing them with diners for almost a decade. He was the first to introduce Martha Stewart to Oregon truffles, in fact!

We’re very excited to have Chef Paley to headline this year’s festival with an at-home cooking class that will teach, inspire and result in a beautiful truffle dinner for two. Join us on Saturday, February 6th at 5 pm PST.

Our “Cook Along” tickets include a 3-ounce box of freshly foraged Oregon white and black truffles shipped overnight, so you can cook along with Chef Paley. We only have 40 of these boxes available, so act quickly! As an additional option, “Follow Along” tickets allow guests to tune into the live class and watch Chef Paley cook three glorious truffled dishes from his home kitchen.
