Mark & Tiffany started as a food cart, “PartyCart,” in April of 2011 with the goal of serving local, organic, cart made, creative food for a reasonable price. After two successful years, they opened Party Downtown in May of 2013. A farm to table restaurant, they serve almost 100% locally grown and organic foods. Their food is globally inspired, modern northwestern, relying on the bounty of the Willamette Valley and local farmers markets. Party Downtown was voted best new restaurant in the Eugene Weekly’s annual reader’s poll and were mentioned in AAA Via Magazine as a reader’s favorite.
