Tammy Jackson

Tammy Jackson and her dog Blue have been successfully hunting truffles together since last year.  Blue, a Lagotto Romagnolo, has Truffle hunting in his DNA. He is an energetic, fun loving truffle hunter who loves a day in the woods or orchard.

Both Tammy and Blue are very excited to be part of the Oregon Truffle Festival and on the ground, literally, of the growing Truffle industry of Oregon.
