Transplants to Eugene from southern California, Tobi Sovak and Michael Landsberg have worked in acclaimed restaurants on both coasts. After working as the Pastry Chef at Marché and then at King Estate Winery, Tobi opened Noisette Pastry Kitchen. With the collaboration of her husband, Chef Michael Landsberg, Noisette Pastry Kitchen has become a downtown destination for superb sweet and savory delights, and beverages. Tobi and Michael seek to incorporate the rich bounty of product found in the Willamette Valley into their work. They are committed to the fundamentals of their craft; the seasonal, the technical, the whimsical and the flavorful.
