Joshua Bokish
Chef Joshua Bokish began his culinary career washing dishes at 16 years old, kicking off 30
years of work in food service throughout the Portland area. His experience includes stints at
Grand Central Bakery, Nike world headquarters and Cadillac Cafe. A combined love of travel
and food have been a major influence over the years, and Josh loves to cook many of the
dishes he learned to make on numerous trips to Asia and Latin America.
He opened Osprey Café in Seaside in 2014, serving up brunch favorites that feature local
seafood, seasonal produce and eclectic, internationally-inspired flavors.
