Chef Joe Jackson helped open Trellis Wine Bar in Dundee alongside partners Ethan Headley, Megan Carda and Grant Williams in March 2019. The menu at the roadside bistro on wine country’s main thoroughfare is fresh and seasonal with wines by the glass and craft cocktails. Popular dishes include rosemary Pecorino fries, clams with pancetta, garlic, cream and white wine, and the short rib sandwich with Pinot Noir onions and Havarti. Jackson is eager to showcase the amazing and bountiful food options available in the Willamette Valley.
