Chef Jen McElroy loves good food, good friends, and having a good time. After graduating from Culinary School in 1997, Jen worked at several Long Beach restaurants and hotels including the R.M.S. Queen Mary. Jen moved to the Willamette Valley in 2003 to finally see for herself what Pacific Northwest cuisine is all about. She enjoys exploring the flavors developed up and down the coast of Oregon, through rolling vineyard hills, forest floors, and many places where great beer is made or consumed.
