I love the woods, I love dogs, and I love fabulous food. How could I not be a truffle forager? Sharing my joy is natural, I get excited when others are fascinated watching my dog, Lidia, find us a ripe truffle. And then watching guests’ eyes as they inhale their first whiff of Oregon truffle, little compares.
The joy doesn’t end for me in the woods. When neighbors started asking me what to do with the truffles I just gifted them, my imagination took off. What started out as a pamphlet of a few recipes turned into my book, Oregon Truffle Feasts, and I continually come up with more truffle ideas that I share on Instagram and Facebook.
