Connie Green is the owner/founder of Wild Forest, America’s oldest wild foods business and is the author of the award winning The Wild Table. Featured in The French Laundry Cookbook and many others, she is the purveyor of wild foods, mushrooms and truffles to the finest chefs in California and elsewhere. Wine Forest also makes a line of award winning retail products and has won numerous Good Food Awards. She and Wine Forest have been based in the forested hills above Napa Valley for over forty years.
