Bryan Tiller
Born and raised in Colorado, Chef Bryan Tiller developed a passion for food and hospitality at an early age. Over 12 years, he honed his skills in the art of sushi, training under master chefs across Hawaii, Arizona, and Colorado. In 2012, he moved to the Oregon Coast and launched a mobile food business specializing in ramen and sushi. Beyond the kitchen, Bryan is deeply committed to his community. He works with a local homeless shelter in Astoria, providing meals to those in need, and is establishing a small farm dedicated to growing mushrooms and micro greens. Since 2018, he has been an active contributor to the Oregon Truffle Festival, with one of his most memorable experiences taking place at Camp Westwind, surrounded by top chefs, industry leaders, and incredible food. This year, Bryan is teaming up with Jordan Wilson of Surf2Soul, continuing his mission to bring people together through food, innovation, and community-driven initiatives.
