Borzi Marashi

Born in Iran, after finishing high school Borzi came to Eugene to study at the University of Oregon. At age 25 he took a partnership at a small restaurant called Gazebo. Since then he has owned and/or started various restaurants in Eugene area including Cafe Glendi, Go fish, Oakway Wine and Deli, BakerButcher, Cafe 123 and Cafe 125. Oakway Catering has served this community for over 30 years. Outside of work, Borzi enjoys cooking and sharing meals with freinds, attending UO sports events, and spending time in the Napa Valley.
