Immerse yourself in the world of Oregon truffles during this hands-on, one or two-day cooking experience at the Lily of the Valley Ranch & LOVR Kitchen outside Eugene, led by Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff and the LOVR culinary team. Two day Truffle Foray, Feast and Cooking Class
February 15th 11:00am – 4pm & February 16th, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm 
$650 per person

A two day experience starting with guided truffle foray into the forest on Sunday morning, followed by a gorgeous truffle lunch and an educational seminar on truffle care, handling, and infusion. On Monday, continue your truffle education with the full hands-on cooking class, preparing multiple truffle recipes and enjoying a family-style lunch built from your prepared dishes. This two-day experience is perfect for those who want to see how truffles are found and learn the mastery of cooking with truffles.

Join Charles Ruff for a full-day, hands-on truffle cooking workshop. During this guided class, you’ll learn 4 truffle-forward recipes—concentrating on different ways to utilize truffles in dishes—each with a printed recipe to take home. The day finishes with a family-style truffle lunch featuring the dishes you’ve prepared. Gain the skills to use truffles at home in your everyday cooking!
