Led by Dr. Charles Lefevre of New World Truffieres, who studied with some of the world’s most renowned truffle scientists at OSU, this forum welcomes experts in all aspects of truffle farming, and is co-hosted by Dr. Shannon Berch , a mycologist and truffle researcher for the Government of British Columbia.
Day 1 will be taught in the Founder’s Room at Willamette Valley Vineyards in Turner, and includes a continental breakfast, a catered truffle luncheon, and a reception with WVV wines and truffle bites following the lecture series. Day 2 will be spent in the field at a truffle orchard, and includes a catered truffle luncheon and an afternoon wrap-up Q & A.
