Gala Truffle Dinner at the Ritz-Carlton

Join us for an unforgettable truffle-filled dinner at the Ritz-Carlton ballroom in downtown Portland.

The James Beard Public Market, a new market opening downtown in 2027 honoring Portland-born James Beard, is helping us source some of Oregon’s most iconic winter ingredients: Oregon Dungeness crab and heirloom Oregon potatoes. Combine those delicacies with Oregon truffles and the result is a dreamy trifecta!

Each of the six courses will feature Oregon’s winter bounty. Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff will work with the culinary team at the Ritz-Carlton and Chef Jack Strong to create this multi-course truffle feast at the height of Oregon truffle season—a menu that will be paired with Willamette Valley wines, highlighting the harmony of Oregon terroir in both wine and truffles. Seating is limited.
