Truffles from Forest to Table at Soter Vineyards

Start the afternoon with a guided truffle foray with Dr. Charles Lefevre, exploring the local terroir and finding truffles at their source. After the foray, we’ll be hosted in the Soter Vineyards tasting room for warm truffled refreshments and a seminar on truffle care and handling, including an intro to truffle infusions. Soter Vineyards is a 250-acre Biodynamic farm, vineyard, and winery in Carlton, Oregon.

That evening we will gather again to enjoy the incredible hospitality at Soter Vineyards. The Winery Dinner will be an elegant, fresh four-course dinner curated and crafted by Soter Vineyards Chef Clayton Allen and Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff, utilizing ingredients harvested on the ranch and thoughtfully sourced from nearby sustainable farms. The one-of-a-kind seasonal dinner will be paired with Soter’s biodynamically farmed sparkling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir wines.
