Native Oregonian James Beard was a longtime champion of Oregon truffles, and proclaimed them as equals to their more expensive and established European counterparts. We know he would have felt the same way about our world class Oregon wines.
The 2019 Yamhill Valley weekend in wine country takes us on an exploration of the shared terroir of Oregon wine and truffles, while continuing our celebration of James Beard’s legacy as we again feature Beard honored chefs on Friday and Saturday nights of the festival.
