The 2019 Oregon Truffle Festival continues with the Yamhill Valley Wine Country Weekend, taking guests on an exploration of the shared terroir of Oregon wine and truffles, while continuing our celebration of James Beard’s legacy.
James Beard, a native Oregonian, was a longtime champion of Oregon truffles and proclaimed them as equals to their more expensive European counterparts. To honor his legacy, we will once again feature James Beard Award-honored chefs across events on Friday and Saturday of the Yamhill Valley Weekend.
