The Terroir of Truffles explores the shared terroir of Oregon truffles and wine in the beautiful northern Willamette Valley. Our only package offered in February includes events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Terroir of Truffles Package includes:

Treasures of Earth & Sea
The opening reception of our February weekend will feature caviar, truffles, oysters and sparkling wine by Willamette Valley Vineyards. This event is included in Terroir of Truffles package.
Food is Love!
Fall in love with Oregon truffles at this intimate dining event full of truffle-infused dishes and live entertainment. Sample truffle-infused creations, fresh oysters, fondue and delicious wine and cocktails, all with the live music backdrop of Gypsy Moon. An unforgettable evening in wine country!
Yamhill Truffle Hunt and Winery Luncheon
The Terroir of Truffles weekend package holders will experience an authentic truffle hunt lead by professional truffle hunters with their dogs, followed by a decadent multi-course winery luncheon featuring top culinary talent and foraged Oregon truffles. This is wine country immersion at its most authentic, in North America’s singular truffle region, Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Shaved & Infused at Abbey Road Farm
Enjoy inspired truffle-infused small plates by top chefs and sample the wines of the Abbey Road Farm winemaking collective at this dynamic, walk-around dinner with live music.
Newberg Fresh Truffle Marketplace
The Oregon Truffle Festival’s one of a kind marketplace features truffle cooking demonstrations with take-home recipes, wine tasting, artisan foods samples and sales, a lecture series, truffle dog demonstration, and fresh Oregon truffles for sale.
In advance of the Newberg Fresh Truffle Marketplace, James Beard Award-winning Chef Vitaly Paley of Paley’s Place visited host Cassidy Quinn at KGW studios to talk about the many creative uses of Oregon truffles from roasted beets to scallop crudo.
