Yamhill Valley Wine Country Weekend
The Terroir of Truffles
The Terroir of Truffles explores the shared terroir of Oregon truffles and wine in the northern Willamette Valley. The weekend begins with a sparkling wine reception featuring truffles, caviar and oysters (Treasures of Earth and Sea), followed by an intimate dining event full of truffle-infused dishes (Food is Love!). On Saturday, weekend ticket holders meet for a truffle foray in the woods with trained truffle dogs. A decadent, multi-course winery luncheon follows the truffle hunt, paired with world class Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. On Saturday night, top chefs convene at Abbey Road Farm to prepare truffled small plates for a dynamic, walk-around dinner, paired with wines and live music by The Junebugs, a high-energy pop punk outfit. The weekend bookends with our popular Fresh Truffle Marketplace on Sunday.
Eugene and Willamette Valley Truffle Country Weekend
Our most popular package, the Epicurious invites epicureans to an unforgettable truffle-filled weekend in the southern Willamette Valley. Kicking off with the Spanish-inspired Truffles, Tapas and Taps on Friday evening, Epicurious package-holders will experience a full weekend of truffles, including a truffle foray with dogs, a delicious truffle lunch and the aptly named Grand Truffle Dinner. The weekend closes with two Sunday events: a lavish truffle brunch and the Oregon Fresh Truffle Marketplace.
Truffle Farming A - Z All-In Weekend
The inaugural Truffle Farming A – Z All-In is a two-day immersion designed for new truffle growers. Lectures and case studies on Friday precede a full day in the field on Saturday. The package also includes festival events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Grape and Grain
A new weekend package, Grape and Grain celebrates the entrepreneurial spirit of the southern Willamette Valley. Featuring a tour on Saturday that includes a behind-the-scenes visit to Springfield Creamery, home of the famed Nancy’s Yogurt, a truffled lunch at the storied Camas Country Mill with wine pairings and a visit to 100 Mile Bakery, a bakery crafting food grown within a 100-mile radius of Eugene and Springfield where truffled goodies await. The weekend kicks off with the Spanish-inspired Truffles, Tapas and Taps on Friday evening, includes the Grand Truffle Dinner on Saturday night, and closes with a truffled brunch and the Oregon Fresh Truffle Marketplace on Sunday.
